Adams County Court of Common Pleas
Business Process Review, Court Administration
As an adjunct to the multi-year Court Assessment and Transformation Project (ATP), a business process review of Court Administration began in the summer of 2011. The ATP was an in-depth examination of how the business of the court is accomplished, aimed at higher levels of performance, efficiency, and service to the people of the county.

Adams County CJAB
Digital Dashboard Project
This project covered the design, development, and implementation of a digital dashboard, and was completed in fall 2011. The dashboard provides a graphic representation of criminal justice system performance data at a central website for the purpose of information sharing and data-driven decision making. The website is managed by the county’s Department of Probation Services.

Strategic Planning Facilitation
For five consecutive years, The Davison Group provided technical assistance in strategic planning to Adams County’s Criminal Justice Advisory Board.

Bethlehem Area School District
Business Process Review, Business Office
This project, completed in July 2011, involved an in-depth review of the Business Office in Pennsylvania’s sixth largest school district, with operations assessed in the key areas of strategic initiative, customer service, collaboration and communication, information technology, training, and policies, procedures, and workflow. In addition to the findings and recommendations, a gap analysis and prioritized task plan were part of this project.

Blair County Court of Common Pleas
Leadership Development and Management Training
The Davison Group has provided technical assistance in leadership development and organizational capacity building for Court Administration and Adult Parole and Probation personnel, with particular emphasis on the interfaces between the two departments.
Blair County Criminal Justice Advisory Board
Digital Dashboard Project
The Davison Group led the design, development, and implementation of the Blair County Data Dashboard, a website managed by staff of the Blair County Adult Parole and Probation Office to assess system performance, aid in problem-solving, and support data-driven decision-making.

Lehigh Carbon Community College
Process Review, Enrollment Services
The goal of this project was to analyze and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and coordination of Student Service delivery at all Lehigh Carbon Community College sites. The project, which resulted in more than 40 recommendations for process and workflow improvement, encompassed input from LCCC faculty and staff members and 149 existing, former, and prospective students.

Pinebrook Family Services, Inc.
Strategic Planning
The Davison Group facilitated the strategic planning process as a follow-up to a 2009 engagement. This project involved preparatory meetings and interviews with Planning Group members and key managers as well as facilitation of a strategic planning retreat during which consensus was reached on key implementation action steps.

Roman Catholic Diocese of Scranton, PA
Business Process Review, Chancery
The Davison Group conducted a business process review of the Diocesan Chancery, which provides services to congregants in 11 Northeastern Pennsylvania counties. The review addressed areas such as organizational structure, procedures, and workflow. More than 90 religious and lay staff were interviewed for the project.
